  • Exciter with a heavy-duty dual shaft including an eccentric shaft and an eccentric block each. The gears rotate synchronously and lubricated by oil, v-belts also applied to motor' s driving.
  • Easy adjustment of strokes by increasing or decreasing the counter' s weight and quantity.
  • The feeder's chute and bearings are designed and manufactured to be operated in heavy-duty conditions. The capacity is higher and the impact resistance is stronger.
  • The grizzling clearance can be adjusted in the range of 80-200mm, and the height difference between the rods is beneficial to re-separation.

    The selection should be based on the material's hardness (Mohs hardness), moisture content, feed size, discharge requirements(finished product particle size) and capacity needs,It is advisable to provide specific material parameters, and we will issue a customized selection plan.

    A single machine can be purchased separately, or it can be combined with supporting equipment such as feeders, vibrating screens, belt conveyors, and dust collectors to form a complete production line.

We provide paid on-site installation services (on-site installation includes foundation survey, equipment positioning and commissioning operation to ensure the equipment is put into production up to standard); A detailed installation manual and video tutorial are provided to help the on-site personnel of the customer get started quickly.After the installation and commissioning of the equipment are completed, our engineers will provide on-site training for the customer's operators.

    Installation and commissioning cycle for a single machine: 3-7 days; Installation cycle for the whole production line: 15-45 days (adjusted according to the scale).

    Service life of wearing parts: Jaw plates (for hard rock crushing) last 3-6 months, liners last 2-4 months, and hammers (for soft rock) last 1-3 months (specifically depending on the material hardness and processing capacity).

    Warranty period: The main machine has a 1-year warranty (excluding wearing parts), and the motor has a 6-month warranty (in accordance with the motor manufacturer's standards).
