Built with Q345 manganese steel welded frame and high-quality cast steel for the moving jaw and bearing housings. The jaw plates are crafted from high-chromium alloy + Mn13 wear-resistant steel, heat-treated to surface hardness HRC58-62. This premium material selection extends wear life by 2-3 times compared to ordinary manganese steel, effectively crushing materials with compressive strength up to 320MPa.
