  • Safety protection: protection against excessively low and high oil temperature, protection against excessively high water temperature and low water level in water tank, protection against dry burning due to water pump lacking water and overload of water pump, anti-freezing and equipment fault alarm function, automatic restart function after power failure.
  • Anti-freeze protection: The ambient temperature falls below 2°C, the circulating pump will operate forcibly to prevent water from freezing inside the heat exchanger and pipes. Safety protection: The oil temperature reaches 70°C (adjustable), the recovery machine automatically operates. When drops ≤70°C, the machine stops operating. Prevents the air compressor from operating at too low oil temperature, which could cause oil emulsification.

    We provide a 1-year warranty for the whole machine (excluding wearing parts such as filters and lubricating oil) and a 2-year warranty for the core air end (rotor assembly), which is the "heart" of the compressor. During the warranty period, we offer free replacement of faulty parts and professional technical support. We also provide extended warranty services for optional purchase.

    For standard models in stock, the delivery time is 3-7 working days after receiving the deposit. For customized models, it usually takes 15-30 working days, depending on the customization requirements. We will confirm the exact delivery time with you before order confirmation.

    Under normal use and regular maintenance, the service life of the screw air compressor can reach 15-20 years. The key to extending the service life is to follow the maintenance manual, replace consumables on time, and keep the working environment clean and well-ventilated.
