Premium magnesia brick magnesite fire brick offers high refractoriness, thermal shock resistance and good slag resistance for converter lining and electric furnace lining. Made from high purity magnesia with over 90 percent magnesium oxide content, sintered magnesite brick shows dense structure, low porosity and high temperature load stability.

Magnesia bricks are ideal for basic oxygen converter lining, electric arc furnace sidewall, steel ladle slag line, RH furnace, vacuum degasser and torpedo ladle refractory applications. High density magnesia bricks also line cement rotary kiln, tunnel kiln, rotary lime kiln, glass furnace checker, non-ferrous smelting furnace, reheating furnace and walking beam furnace. High purity magnesia brick features excellent thermal shock resistance, low creep rate, high hot modulus of rupture and strong resistance to basic slag corrosion at extreme high temperature.

Cuttable magnesia bricks with special shaped design, accurate dimension and dense uniform body allow easy on site cutting for customized furnace lining in steel mill applications.

Every magnesia brick passes strict quality control including slag resistance test, thermal shock test, apparent porosity test, refractoriness test and dimension inspection before packing and export.
