Products Description

HDPE silicon coated pipe is a new type of optical cable sheathing pipe, which is made of HDPE resin and silicone masterbatch co-extruded composite. The radius of curvature of this type of silicon coated pipe is 10 times its outer diameter, making it less prone to deformation under external force. It can be laid with appropriate curvature according to the terrain without any special treatment.

Compared with PVC pipe and double-wall corrugated pipe, silicon core pipe has a longer laying length (1000~2000m) and fewer pipe joints, which can greatly reduce the project costs.

Its inner silicon core layer is a solid permanent lubricant with a low coefficient of friction, allowing for cable threading using the air-blowing method, which is quick and maintains constant friction. The cable can be repeatedly pulled out of the pipe. The silicon core layer has good waterproof and weather resistance, and is suitable for temperatures ranging from -30℃ to 80℃.
