    Our cleanroom panels are available in thickness options of 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm, and our machine-made panels can be produced up to 150mm.

    The fire rating of our cleanroom panels depends on the core material used. Panels with rock wool, magnesium oxide, aluminum honeycomb, or gypsum board achieve a Class A fire rating, while those with paper honeycomb, foam, or polyurethane are rated as Class B.

    Since the sandwich panel system involves connection nodes and specific length cutting, CAD drawings can assist our technical team in calculating an accurate bill of materials, avoiding on-site losses and saving you costs.

    The maximum customizable length of our cleanroom panels is 11 meters, taking loading constraints into consideration. However, for optimal performance, we recommend keeping wall panels under 6 meters and ceiling panels under 3 meters; anything longer than these recommendations will require additional reinforcement.
