The power unit is equipped with explosion - proof electric control cabinet. Only need to input AC 380V can start its running. Explosion - proof grade for the electric parts is dIIBT4, protective grade is IP54. Suitable for drilling environment with combustible gas, the hydraulic power unit features compact structure, simple installation, good applicability and visible cooling effect.

YZB-160 hydraulic power unit mainly supply power for tubing power tong, casing power tong, drill pipe power tong, etc, The hydraulic power unit adopts manual variables plunger pump, which can ensure the speed regulation of the hydraulic power tongs. The air-cooled hydraulic power unit features compact structure, simple installation, good applicability and visible cooling effect. Optional cooling fan makes the oil temperature stable.

SFYZB-160 air-cooled hydraulic power unit is to supply hydraulic power for land and offshore drilling tools. The power unit contains double electric motor & pump sets, air-cooled radiator, and electric control cabinet. Both the two electric motor and pump sets could supply power fluid with rated pressure 16MPA and rated work flow 160L/min. The two sets will interlock automatically and they could not work at the same time. Also the two sets can be switched each other easily, thus ensure continuous power supply to the hydraulic parts. All the parts are explosion-proof, suitable for desert, plateau, and ocean work environment. In the hot desert, air-cooled radiator can be used to cool hydraulic oil, and can keep oil temperature at proper level over a long period operation, and secure quality of oil and long service life of hydraulic components and seal rings.
