  • True Continuous Production Automatic feeding and discharging allow the furnace to run around the clock without stopping for cooling between batches. Compared with batch kilns, it delivers far higher daily output with much less labor.
  • Energy Self-Sufficient Operation The combustible gas generated during carbonization is recycled back into the furnace as fuel. After the initial ignition, no external coal, gas or wood is needed, which keeps daily operating costs remarkably low.
  • Environmentally Friendly Design The sealed rotary kiln is combined with a multi-stage flue gas purification system, so operation produces no black smoke and emissions meet international environmental standards.
  • Adjustable Charcoal Quality Temperature, residence time and rotation speed are controllable through the control panel, allowing you to produce charcoal for different markets — BBQ charcoal, industrial fuel, agricultural biochar, or feedstock for activated carbon.
