    With standard surface treatment and standardized winding construction in accordance with construction specifications, our polypropylene anti-corrosion tapes can achieve 15 25 years of stable anti corrosion service life for buried pipelines. For above ground pipelines with UV-resistant grade products, long term outdoor aging resistance can be guaranteed.

    Yes. We support customized width, thickness, tensile strength and rubber/acrylic adhesive formulas. We can develop summer and winter special adhesive formulas to adapt to high-temperature, low-temperature, high-humidity and high-salinity construction environments in different regions worldwide.

    The steel surface must be cleaned to remove rust, grease, dirt and oxide scale. We recommend sandblasting to Sa2.5 grade or power tool derusting to St3 grade. After cleaning, apply our matching special primer evenly and wrap the tape after the primer is fully dry to ensure optimal adhesion and anti-corrosion effect.

    Absolutely. Our anti-corrosion and waterproof series materials are specially developed for high-salt, high-humidity marine environments, with excellent salt spray resistance, acid and alkali resistance. They are widely used in offshore steel piles, docks, ship hulls and coastal bridge anti-corrosion waterproof projects.

    We can supply SGS test reports, factory inspection certificates, product TDS technical datasheets, construction operation manuals, material safety data sheets (MSDS) and other official documents to support customs clearance and third-party inspection for global export orders.
