The heat recovery efficiency of our standard aluminum core model remains stable at 50% to 80%. The greater the temperature difference, the better the energy-saving effect. As long as you clean the fins regularly to remove dust, there will be no noticeable performance degradation throughout the year.

The aluminum core can withstand a long-term continuous operating temperature of up to 150℃, with an instantaneous peak temperature of 180℃. If your exhaust gas temperature exceeds 150℃, we can customize a stainless steel version for you. Stainless steel heat exchanger can service from -40℃ to 350 ℃

The single-side pressure drop of our standard units is ≤250Pa. We recommend selecting fans with a static pressure margin of at least 300Pa. We can also provide an air volume.

The common products air leakage is 0.6% at 500pa. If need 0 air leakage, please notice in advance, every product undergoes strict air tightness testing before delivery, The fresh and exhaust air streams are completely separated with zero cross-contamination.

The bare aluminum core is ideal for dry and clean air environments. If conditions involving high humidity,suggest choose hydrophilic coating aluminium material.

Under clean operating conditions, we recommend cleaning the fins every 3 to 6 months. In dusty or oily environments, monthly cleaning is advised. Maintenance is simple: just use compressed air to blow the fins in reverse.

There is no fixed installation direction; the fresh air and exhaust air channels can be interchanged. However, please ensure the connected ductwork is as straight as possible during installation. This prevents local air turbulence and extra pressure drops, which could otherwise compromise the heat exchange performance.

The entire unit comes with a standard 12-month warranty. If you notice a drop in heat recovery performance during operation, please first check three key areas: dust accumulation on the fins, air duct leakage, and insufficient fan air volume. Our team is always ready to provide comprehensive technical guidance.
