  • Advanced 3D-Optimized Design:Developed with advanced 3D software and finite element analysis, this new-generation gate valve features a simplified structure for easier operation and maintenance.
  • Low Operating Torque, High Sealing Performance: The valve has been structurally optimized to reduce opening and closing torque while delivering higher sealing pressure. The closing torque is only about two-thirds of the standard value, with working pressure up to PN40.
  • Backseat Design for Easier Maintenance: Equipped with a backseat structure, the valve allows replacement of the upper seal. When the valve is fully opened, the upper sealing components can be replaced even under water supply conditions.
  • Full-Port Straight-Through Flow Path: The straight-through passage design allows the disc to be fully lifted when open, minimizing debris buildup and reducing flow resistance for smoother fluid transmission.
  • Durable Epoxy Powder Coating: Both internal and external surfaces are coated with epoxy powder through electrostatic spraying and oven curing. This improves corrosion resistance, extends service life, and makes the valve suitable for drinking water, food, and pharmaceutical applications.
