Product details

Fruit chiller room for apples, grapes, berries, citrus, tropical fruit, farm harvest storage, supermarket supply and fresh-product distribution: It focuses on stable chilled storage, balanced air circulation and reduced dehydration, with equipment matched to storage period, loading and local conditions.

100mm and 150mm PU panel options are available; final panel thickness must be confirmed according to target temperature, room size, insulation design, loading and ambient condition. The room can be customized by storage period, product sensitivity, daily loading and local ambient temperature.

Copeland condensing unit and unit cooler matching: The Copeland compressor is used in the condensing unit, while the unit cooler is selected separately. Compressor capacity, condensing unit, evaporator fan quantity and coil size should match room size and fruit load for stable cooling.

Fresh keeping design for agricultural buyers: Fruit storage requires balanced air flow, stable temperature and practical operation. Door type, control box, panel layout and refrigeration capacity can be configured for farms, distributors, fruit warehouses and retail storage.

Common configuration coverage: Available project options include PU or rock wool panels, cold room door, condensing / refrigeration unit, unit cooler / evaporator, control box and accessories. Final temperature, panel thickness, capacity, refrigerant and voltage are selected after room size, target temperature, stored products, loading, ambient condition and destination are confirmed. Copeland or Bitzer, R404A / R507 / R22 subject to local regulations, custom 220V / 380V / 50Hz / 60Hz, electric or water defrost, OEM/ODM and a 1-year warranty are available according to the confirmed model and project.
