  • Use factory project - manual transfer switch cabinet (mainly composed of Chint components) This is a manual switch cabinet designed specifically for the power distribution needs of three generators in a factory. It belongs to the category of switchgear and is used in power distribution projects in factories.
  • Core Components
  • Power Inlet Unit: Includes 2-3 incoming switches (circuit breakers/isolation switches) to connect different power sources (mains power/generator), with overload and short-circuit protection.
  • Manual Transfer Switch: Core part is a rotary/lever handle, marked with "Mains/Backup/Off" positions. Must turn off the current power before switching to prevent parallel connection of two power sources.
  • Load Output Unit: Connects to downstream loads via terminals or circuit breakers to ensure stable power supply after switching.
  • Cabinet & Marking: Made of cold-rolled steel, protection class IP30-IP44. Cabinet surface marks power types and operation steps to prevent misoperation.
  • Working Logic (for 2 Power Sources)
  • Normal State: Manually switch to "Mains" position, loads powered by mains.
  • Mains Failure: Start backup power (e.g., generator), confirm normal operation, then manually switch to "Backup Power" position.
  • Mains Recovery: Manually switch back to "Mains" position and turn off the backup power.
