2. Working Principle

  • Raw materials are crushed and mixed evenly in advance
  • The mixed materials are sent into the extrusion chamber, and heated, moistened, stirred and squeezed by the screw
  • High-temperature curing completely gelatinizes starch and sterilizes raw materials
  • Materials are extruded into fixed-shape pellets through customized molds
  • After cutting, drying and cooling, the pellets form a porous internal structure, realizing the long floating function in water.

  • Wide Raw Material Adaptability Various conventional grain and oil by-products can be used for production, effectively reducing feed production costs.
