  • Specialized anti-sticking and anti-clogging structure: Designed for the characteristics of fine, lightweight, easily adherent, and dust-generating fly ash, it features a specialized combined lifting and dispersing device. The powder does not stick to the walls, clump, or clog, ensuring loose and flowing material throughout the process. Suitable for continuous production of high-moisture, fine-powdered fly ash.
  • Automated intelligent temperature control system: Equipped with a multi-point temperature measurement and automatic temperature control system, it automatically matches the hot air temperature based on the feed humidity and output. Constant temperature drying prevents burning and deterioration, resulting in a finished product with uniform color and stable quality. The final moisture content can be precisely adjusted.
