Highlights at a glance

  • The vibrating screen is equipped with multiple layers of screen meshes. The screen meshes can be replaced as needed, and it can separate various specifications of finished aggregate (5-7mm, 10-20mm, 20-30mm).
  • For materials of the size of soybeans (5-7mm): The large stone materials are first crushed by hammering for rough crushing, then sieved. The large particles are returned for re-crushing, and the process is repeated in a cycle to produce uniform finished particles.
  • The small hammer crusher is combined with the vibrating screen for a comprehensive integration, enabling a closed-loop production process. Oversized materials are transported back to the hammer crusher via the belt conveyor for further crushing. This way, the additional investment for separately configuring a screening equipment can be avoided.
  • The high-chromium Mn18Cr2 hammer head significantly extends the service life. The gap of the screen plate in the hammer crusher can be adjusted. Multiple layers of screen nets can produce different specifications of finished aggregate, such as 5-7 millimeters, 10-20 millimeters, etc.
  • The overall layout is compact, with a small footprint. No complex civil engineering foundation is required. It can be put into production directly on a flat surface, reducing infrastructure costs. It is suitable for limestone, concrete blocks, construction waste, and pebbles. With one set of equipment, the crushing and classification can be completed, eliminating the need to separately purchase screening equipment.
