Zinc-Coated Carbon Steel:Carbon steel sheet with a zinc coating applied by hot-dip or continuous galvanizing process.

Two Galvanizing Types:Available as hot-dip galvanized and pre-galvanized steel sheet with different coating methods.

Standard Specifications:Common thickness range from 0.12 mm to 4.0 mm, width up to 1500 mm, zinc coating from Z30 to Z275.

Common Applications:Used in construction components, roofing panels, ventilation ducts, cable trays, machinery parts, and agricultural buildings.

We can supply galvanized steel sheets in various grades such as DX51D, DX52D, SGCC, SGCH, S250GD, S350GD and ASTM A653. Different grades can be recommended according to your application, forming requirements and market standards.

We can provide different zinc coating options such as Z30, Z40, Z60, Z80, Z100, Z120, Z180 and Z275, depending on the required corrosion resistance and application environment.

Our galvanized steel sheets are available in regular spangle, minimized spangle, zero spangle and chromated/oiled surface. Surface finish can be selected according to the customers processing and appearance requirements.

We can supply galvanized steel sheets in a wide range of specifications. Common thickness is 0.12mm to 3.0mm, and width can be customized according to order requirements. We also support cut-to-length service.

Galvanized steel sheets are widely used in roofing panels, wall cladding, duct systems, home appliances, steel structures, garage doors, cabinets, fences and general construction projects.

The zinc coating provides effective protection against rust and corrosion. The higher the zinc coating, the better the corrosion resistance, making galvanized steel sheet suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Yes. We support cutting, slitting, recoiling, punching and customized size production according to customer drawings or project requirements. OEM and export orders are also welcome.

We carry out strict inspection on thickness, width, zinc coating, surface quality, weight and packaging before shipment. Mill test certificates and third-party inspection can also be provided if required.
