Manufactured in strict compliance with international standards, we offer doors certified to UL 10C, EN 1634, and BS 476. Ideal for commercial buildings, hotels, and industrial facilities. The core is filled with high-density perlite or rock wool, ensuring excellent thermal insulation. The intumescent seal expands under heat to seal gaps tightly.
  • Constructed from high-quality galvanized or cold-rolled steel (frame thickness up to 1.5mm-2.0mm, leaf thickness 0.8mm-1.2mm). This ensures high impact resistance and long-lasting durability without deformation. Surface treated with epoxy powder coating or wood grain transfer, providing excellent rust and corrosion resistance. Suitable for various climates with low maintenance costs.
  • Excellent sound insulation performance (up to 35-45dB). Combined with a perimeter sealing system, it effectively reduces noise transmission, providing a quiet environment for hotels, offices, and hospitals. Equipped with high-temperature resistant smoke seals. Under normal conditions, they prevent dust and drafts; during a fire, they expand to block smoke.
  • Fitted with ball-bearing fire-rated hinges, ensuring smooth operation and strong load-bearing capacity. Allows for a 180-degree opening angle for easy passage and emergency evacuation. Optional configurations include fire-rated locks and panic bars, ensuring quick escape in emergencies while maintaining daily security.
