The greatest advantage of our mineral processing spiral chute is its ability to efficiently recover fine-grained, difficult-to-process minerals using physical processes, especially those lost in the tailings from shaking tables or sluice boxes. For beach sand zircon-titanium ore, a key highlight is that the heavy mineral recovery rate reaches over 98% with only 20% rough concentrate, significantly reducing the amount of subsequent reprocessing. It offers a short process, high efficiency, low cost, and high reliability. Even when processing coarse-grained quartz sand, the hard and wear-resistant polyurethane (PU) chute surface ensures a continuous service life of the mineral processing platform for up to 20 years. Our newly granted domestic and international invention patents are valid until the end of October 2039.
