    Triple drum has 3 concentric cylinders stacked inside each other material passes through all 3 in one machine. This means 50% less floor space, 30 50% lower fuel cost, and better drying uniformity for lightweight materials. Single drum is simpler and better for heavy/dense materials like sand and ore.     Yes. We supply turnkey solutions: feeding conveyor/screw hot air furnace triple drum dryer cyclone dust collector discharge conveyor control panel. Optional: hammer mill (pre crushing), pellet mill (post drying), vibrating screen, packing machine, wet scrubber (for strict emission standards). One supplier, one responsibility.

    Yes 304 or 316 L stainless steel upgrade for food-contact applications (food powder, starch, sugar, salt, okara). Standard carbon steel (Q235B/Q345B) is sufficient for biomass, fertilizer, and mineral applications. Contact parts can be upgraded to SS independently if full SS is over your budget.

    1 set. We welcome trial orders the TD 0.8 6 (0.5 1.5 T H) is ideal for testing. Customization (color, voltage, motor brand, P LC control, dust collection level) available even for 1 set. For brand new buyers, we recommend ordering a small unit first to verify performance before scaling up.
