    The mainstream protection ratings are IP30/IP40/IP54. IP30 is suitable for dry indoor industrial workshops to prevent solid foreign objects from entering; IP40 adds protection against contact by metal wires, applicable to conventional power distribution rooms; IP54 has dust and splash-proof performance, usable in humid/dusty production sites.

    The rated current of conventional cabinets ranges from 630A to 4000A, with 1250A/2000A as the mainstream for industrial models. The cabinet is designed with reserved modular installation space, and later capacity expansion can be achieved by adding functional units and replacing busbars to adapt to the growing demand of electrical load.

    The core materials are cold-rolled steel plate (mainstream 8MF cold-formed steel section) or aluminum alloy. Cold-rolled steel plate features high rigidity and impact resistance, suitable for heavy-duty industrial scenarios; aluminum alloy is lightweight with excellent corrosion resistance, ideal for humid/coastal corrosive environments. Both are treated with electrostatic spray coating to enhance rust resistance and durability.

    1-3 years warranty (extendable on demand), free repair and replacement of parts within warranty, and lifelong technical support.

    The cabinet adopts an up-down transparent heat dissipation structure, equipped with special heat dissipation holes/ cooling fans (standard for high-power models) to quickly dissipate the working heat of electrical control components; the internal busbars are covered with insulation, and components are arranged at standard intervals to avoid faults caused by excessive temperature rise and ensure long-term stable operation.
