API Rotating Sleeve Sucker Rod Centralizer for Oil and Gas Wells

Sucker Rod Guide, or Sucker Rod Centralizer, is mainly used in pumping well to centralize sucker rod and reduce the friction between tubing and sucker rod. Can protect the sucker rod from wiping with tubing pipe.

The main difference between rotating sucker rod centralizer and non-rotating sucker rod centralizer is that the non-rorating sucker rod centralizer nylon sleeve molded on alloy steel body. But rotating sucker rod centralizer can rotate freely. This makes rotating rod guide more flexible when it works.

Our API rotating sucker rod centralizer/Rotating Wear Resisting Sucker rod guides are made up of three components

1.Spindle - 4140 (centralizer body).

2.Sleeve - Nylon co-polymer, to resist sand imbedment. Impervious to aromatics and H 2 S.

3.The temperature rating is 120°C (250°F)

Use principles

a. If it is little partial-wear well section, a set of this product will be installed on three sucker rods.

b. If it is less serious partial-wear well section, a set of this product will be installed on two sucker rods.

c. If it is serious partial-wear well section, a set of this product will be installed on a sucker rod.

d. If it is the most serious partial-wear well section (and the inflection point), in addition to installing a set of this product on a sucker rod, and then installing a nylon centralizer on the middle of the rod.
