Product details

Our complete compressed biogas manufacturing process provides a turnkey solution for transforming raw biogas into purified vehicle and cylinder fuel.

The system functions as an integrated biogas to CNG plant, enabling efficient bio fuel production within a professional CBG plant layout.

It includes a core biogas compressing unit alongside a dedicated cylinder filling station, utilizes certified bio gas cylinders for safe transport fuel storage, and operates effectively as a gobar gas to CNG plant to achieve agricultural waste valorization.

Frequently asked questions

Our system is specially designed for kitchen waste, plus municipal organic waste like vegetable/fruit residues, food sludge and organic household waste. Matching our pre-treatment & high-solid CSTR anaerobic fermentation tech, all these raw materials can be fully converted into biogas for power generation.

Kitchen waste first goes through receiving, sorting and oil-fat separation in the pre-treatment unit. After hydrolysis & anaerobic digestion inside the anaerobic tank, produced raw biogas will pass desulfurization, purification steps, then feed into the biogas generator set to produce electricity and heat; leftover digestate is further processed into organic fertilizer.

Our standard biogas generator ranges from 400kW to 2000kW per unit. We provide customized capacity design according to customers' daily kitchen waste handling volume and local power consumption demands.

Yes. Equipped with our containerized membrane separation upgrading system, raw biogas can be refined into high-purity biomethane that meets RNG standard for CNG vehicle fuel. Optional CO2 recovery liquefaction module is also available for extra by-product benefits.
