  • Cold Storage Room Cooling Capacity and Sizing. Chiller cold storage 0 to 5 C: 1 HP per 10 to 15 cubic meters. Freezer cold storage minus 18 C: 1 HP per 6 to 8 cubic meters. Blast freezing minus 25 C 1HP per 3 to 4 cubic meters. We calculate exact sizing based on room dimensions, panel insulation thickness, door frequency and stored product type
