  • Material & Production Standard This is nuclear grade Zr704 zirconium round bar. It complies with UNS R60704 and ASME SB-550 standards. We adopt ultra-high purity raw materials with strict impurity control.
  • Radiation & Corrosion Resistance It has extremely low neutron absorption cross-section. Excellent resistance to irradiation swelling and embrittlement. Works stably under long-term nuclear radiation. Forms a dense protective film for outstanding anti-corrosion ability. Resists acids, alkalis, high-temperature water and seawater.
  • Mechanical Performance Features high strength and good ductility. Stable mechanical properties at room and high temperature. Low thermal expansion, not easy to deform in complex conditions.
  • Machinability Supports CNC turning, milling, drilling and precision machining. Multiple heat treatment statuses are available for selection.
  • Surface Treatment Customization Various surface finishes can be customized as required. Optional: pickled, ground, polished and turned surface. Sandblasted and hot rolled finish are also available.
  • Size & Shape Customization Full customization on diameter, length and dimensional tolerance. Strict control on roundness and straightness. We can produce stepped rods and special shaped bars.
  • End & Secondary Machining Multiple end processing options: chamfer, flat head and threading. Cutting, slotting and other secondary machining are supported. We accept production according to customer drawings.
  • Quality Control & Certificates 100% non-destructive testing including UT, MT and PT. Complete MTC, ISO 9001 and nuclear qualification certificates provided. Each batch has traceable batch number and heat number.
  • Order & Service Small batch orders are accepted, MOQ starts from 1KG. Warmly welcome OEM and ODM orders. Custom packaging solutions are available upon request. Standard goods in stock for fast delivery.
  • Widely used for nuclear reactor core components. Ideal for chemical equipment, heat exchangers and valves.
