Product description
  • Materials undergo integrated one stage impact crushing inside the single rotor chamber. It realizes one time forming and eliminates extra secondary crushing equipment and complex prescreening procedures, greatly simplifying the whole crushing
  • The optimized single rotor and large volume crushing chamber design delivers stable and balanced throughput. Compared with small-sized hammer crushers of lower specifications, while the matched power only rises by around 22%, achieving remarkable high output with low energy consumption.
  • Fine-tuned adjustable gaps between rotor hammers and grate plates enable flexible control over discharge granularity. This design delivers consistent, concentrated finished particle grading, moderate fine powder proportion, minimal oversize residue, and effectively reduces excessive over-crushing and ultra-fine waste powder.
  • The rotor supports reversible operation. When one working surface of high-manganese steel hammers is worn down, reversing the rotor activates the unused reverse side for continuous crushing. This doubles the overall service life of hammers, extends spare part replacement intervals, and substantially cuts daily wear-part operating costs.
  • The machine adopts an integral fully sealed body structure, thoroughly solving dust leakage and workshop dust pollution issues during crushing. Featuring a compact overall footprint, few vulnerable components and quick-open upper housing, it supports fast inspection, hammer replacement and grate adjustment with low labor maintenance workload.
