  • Working Principle
  • Efficient drying: The conical screw dryer drying efficiency is 2 to 5 times that of a double-cone rotary vacuum dryer of the same specifications. Through the internal heating of the jacket and the spiral belt, the material operates at a low temperature under vacuum conditions, rapidly evaporating moisture or solvents.
  • Mix evenly: By using the spiral belt type stirring device, a bottom-up circulation stirring can be achieved. The conical screw dryer mixing accuracy is high. Even when mixing materials of different densities and particle shapes in the same batch of products, a good mixing effect can be achieved.
  • Protective material: During the drying and mixing processes, only the rotation of the conical mixing screw is utilized, thereby avoiding the destruction of the material's crystal form. It is particularly suitable for heat-sensitive, flammable, explosive, organic solvent-containing materials, as well as fragile products.
