  • Controlled Metallurgy and Heat Treatment: Spectrometer-based testing covers raw materials, molten steel and finished castings. Argon stirring, controlled pouring, normalizing and tempering help improve material uniformity, hardness and impact toughness.
  • Inspection and Precision Machining: Quality controls include UT/MT non-destructive testing and 3D laser scanning. Large CNC equipment, including an 8 m vertical lathe, supports precision machining to customer requirements.
