  • Measurement of non-perpendicularity (transducer/probe relative to the normal of the test object) up to ±25° allows for relaxed verticality requirements after probe placement.
  • Utilizing an expert intelligent algorithm, it features three thickness measurement modes: automatic mode, single-gate manual mode (single-peak method for measurement), and dual-gate manual mode (peak-to-peak method for measurement). This significantly reduces the influence of human error and simplifies the operational steps.
  • Equipped with an automatic high-temperature sound velocity compensation and correction function, the probe features a built-in sensor that automatically triggers an alarm when the probe temperature exceeds the preset threshold.
  • Wireless operation and transmission-no coil required, making it easy to carry.
  • The thickness measurement device comes with a built-in database of basic material shear wave velocities, and the shear wave velocity values can also be customized.
  • The robot weighs less than 5 kg, making it lightweight and highly maneuverable.
  • Plug-in lithium battery, easy to replace for longer-lasting battery life.
  • Interchangeable fixture. Compatible with various thickness gauges and customizable to suit other instruments.
