Characteristics of waterjet cutting platform

* Cantilever structure occupy less area and easy to use.

* Centralized automatic lubrication system, humanization design, automatic equipment maintenance.

Pump

Simple, efficient, energy-saving.

The high pressure system is equipped with high pressure safety valve,which helps to achieve the infinitely adjustment in high and low pressure condition and the overload protection. It is also equippedwith frequency changer which makes the perforating in the low pressure condition and cutting in the high pressure condition possible.

Automatic cooling system, which is no need extra energy, can keep the machine working in 24 hours.

The temperature controlling system helps to check the operation condition of the machine.

Hydraulic oil pump drive

Delivery pressure: 60.000psi.

Cooling system:automatic circulating cooling system.

Hydraulic pump: It uses the international high-end variable displacement plunger pump.

Water filter: three-layer filtering system.

Safety protection system:protection system of oil temperature, water pressure and oil pressure.

Booster pump: It has the 60.000psi supercharger, powerful accumulator, high pressure water switch and pipeline system.

Waterjet cutting machine software

International advanced level water jet cutting dedicated software. Processing program synchronizes with graphics simulation which can help to avoid processing error. Automatically display cutting length of each part to make calculation convenient for customers. It can set X,Yaxis stroke soft limit to prevent the cutting head from going beyond the limit. Combine with graph of AUTO CAD drawing software. Automatically generate the NC programming.

Auto abrasive delivery System

n supply the cutting sand quantity according to the adjustable sand level location tube. 2.No need electronic control, simple operation, reliable, maintenance-free. 3.200liters capacity can provide enough sand for 8 hours. 4. Continuous cutting. 5.Need less than 0.2Mpa compressed gas pressure,sand amount evenly, delivery smooth. is the standard components of HEAD water jet.

Deionization system

1.Professional deionization system for water jet use. 2.Remove the calcium and magnesium ion, can improve the useful life of HP seals, orifice. 3.The outlet water amount can be 2ton/hour, can supply more than one machine. 4.Simple structure and reliable sealing, reasonable design of the flow passage. 5.Single tank control valve,no water pass the valve in washing.

Roll-over worktable

The roll-over table can turn over 85 degree angles. It makes the material getting on and off the worktable more convenient and reliable. Adopt high-power hydraulic station which can bear 600kg materials. Customers can handle the operation directly on the worktable.

Working Environment

The working conditions and environments used are: 1. Input power: 380V ± 5% / 50Hz ± 1, three-phase five-wire (according to customer requirements). Or Input power: 220V ± 5% / 60Hz± 1, three-phase. 2. Ambient temperature: 0℃-45℃. 3. At 40 ℃: relative humidity≤50%; At 20℃: relative humidity≤85%; 4. The use of occasions should not seriously affect the use of welding gas, steam, chemical deposition, dust, mold and other easy fuel and corrosive substances, and does not allow severe vibration and bumps. The equipment should be placed in a dry and ventilated place and prevent sunlight, direct and rain.
