Product description
  • Supports high-volume automatic continuous production, manufactures qualified corrugated cardboard conforming to international quality standards. Adopts centralized control system, simple, safe and reliable operation & maintenance, greatly reduces labor consumption for cardboard factories.
  • Equipped with advanced thermal oil heating energy-saving system. Energy consumption is reduced by 40% compared with traditional steam heating lines, effectively cutting operating costs. Ideal economical and efficient production solution for medium & large carton packaging manufacturers.
  • Flexible whole-line configuration. Total line length approx.110 meters, total power around 450kW. Customers can choose electric mill roll stand or hydraulic mill roll stand according to raw paper loading requirements.
  • Corrugating unit equipped with corrugating rollers ranging from 280mm to 405mm diameter, matched with variable speed motor. Stable forming, neat corrugation shape, ensures flat surface and consistent strength of finished cardboard.
  • Double cylinder gluing machine adopts built-in twin-layer paper suction structure. Realizes stable paper feeding and precise guiding, achieves uniform glue coating, avoids glue shortage or overflow defects. Three optional speed specifications to satisfy different production capacity demands.
  • Complete supporting post-processing units: 7.8m long drying oven with 9–18 heating assemblies; 3.8–5m setting section with symmetrical pressing rollers; integrated horizontal & longitudinal slitter. Ordinary blades and ultra-thin blades are optional, high automation, clean cutting edges, easy operation.
