1. Main Structure

  • Raw Material Preparation: Sawdust is crushed to ≤5mm and dried to moisture content ≤12%.
  • High-temperature Plasticization: Heating coils raise the chamber temperature, softening the lignin (natural binder) in sawdust.
  • High-pressure Extrusion: The rotating screw propeller generates strong pressure, binding cellulose and lignin tightly.

  • Wood waste: Sawdust, wood chips, shavings, bamboo scraps.
  • Agricultural residues: Rice husks, peanut shells, corn cobs, crop straw.
  • Others: Bagasse, coconut shells, furniture factory offcuts.
