Characteristic-Open type screw compressors
1.With its international leading rotor profile, the open type screw compressor was awarded a national patent(No.: ZL02 2 14708.X; ZL02 2 67272.9; 200710013500.9).
The open type screw compressor is characterized by high efficiency and energy saving. The efficiency of the open type screw compressor is over 7% higher than a water injection screw compressor or a diesel oil injection screw compressor, over 12% higher than a dry screw compressor and over 6% higher than the oil injection screw compressor leading in the industry.
2.The open type screw compressor was warded with grade II national science and technology advance prize. The open type screw compressor has low noise level and higher environmental protection quality. The noise level of the open type screw compressor is over 15dB(A) lower than
a dry screw compressor, over 10 dB(A) lower than a water injection screw compressor or a diesel oil injection screw compressor ad over 8 dB(A) lower than a common oil injection screw compressor.
3.The abrasive machining precision of the rotor is twice higher than the milling precision.
4.The micro-oil screw can effectively prevent the rotor and shell from being corroded and has long service life.
5.The motor is directly connected, doesn’t include a speed increasing gear and has fewer moving parts and lower failure rate.
6.The axial force balancing technology is adopted and the thrust bearing has long service life.
7.The rotor uses a sliding bearing for radial support, thus eliminating mechanical abrasion and realizing higher reliability; in addition, the impact of compressor clearance can be controlled, and the service life of the sliding bearing that bears radial force is far too longer than that of a rolling
bearing.
8.A slide valve instead of an imported throttle valve is used in flow regulation, and power consumption is decreased with flow reduction, thereby realizing 15~100% stepless regulation and achieving the purpose of real energy saving and consumption reduction. The power consumption of flow regulation with a slide valve is over 35% lower than that with a bypass valve under semi-load operating conditions. The current load level of the compressor can be accurately
indicated via an energy indicator, thus realizing control automatization.
9.The scope of applicable working conditions is wide. There is still high efficiency of single-stage compression under the working conditions with high compression ratio.
10.During two-stage compression, the applicable compression ratio is higher (over 40), the efficiency is high, and the system is simple and runs more stably and reliably.
11.The oil circulation system combines forced oil feeding with differential oil feeding and has high performance in lubrication, sealing, cooling and noise reduction.
12.The compressor has higher reliability and fewer wearing parts than a piston machine, is not sensitive to liquid and dust and has long operation life and low maintenance cost. The compression components are never worn and the efficiency is long and stable. The compressor has no unbalanced inertia force, runs smoothly and stably and has small capital investment. Characteristic -Semi-hermetic type screw compressor
1.According to the technical requirements of natural gas liquefaction and other technological processes, -Moon has developed a brand new semi-hermetic screw compressor with high pressure and forced oil feeding mode. In addition to having the advantages of the open type screw compressor, the semi-hermetic screw compressor has the following advantages.

addition, the compressor is directly connected with a motor on an enclosed basis, thus reducing a set of mechanical seal; especially in the LNG liquefaction process, this can effectively avoid leakage of mixed refrigerants and will not change the proportioning ratio of mixed working media, thereby ensuring long-term running of the refrigerating system with high efficiency.
Matching compressor system
1.The lubricating oil self-cleaning system precludes oil sludge from entering the compressor, can be replaced on line and doesn’t affect production.
2.The oil pump is driven singly to realize lubrication firstly upon startup and thus to eliminate insufficient lubrication in the early startup stage of the compressor.
3.By combining forced lubrication with differential lubrication, the compressor is more suitable for working conditions with pressure fluctuation (variation of gas intake pressure and exhaust pressure).
4.Fully synthetic polyether lubricating oil is adopted. The lubricating oil is not mutually soluble in media and is separated more easily.
5.The high efficiency oil-gas separator with patent technology (patent No.: 200520081647.8; 200510042183.4) is used to ensure the oil content at the exhaust port of the unit is no larger than 3ppm. In addition, using a high efficiency oil eliminator, the oil content at the exhaust port is lower than 1ppm.
6.There are two high efficiency oil eliminators with one in use and the other for standby use, and they can be replaced on line, thus having no impact on production.
7.There are two lubricating oil filters with one in use and the other for standby use, and they can be cleaned on line, thus having no impact on production.
8.An oil way temperature control valve is installed for purposes of ensuring that the oil separator temperature is over 15 higher than the dew point and that the lubricating oil will not be emulsified and precluding moisture or heavy hydrocarbons from being separated out.
9. A slide valve is used in flow regulation or the combined mode with slide valve+variable frequency is used in air volume regulation as required by users.
10.The unit uses a slide valve instead of an imported throttle valve in air volume regulation of the compressor, and the power consumption of the unit is decreased with flow reduction, thereby achieving the purpose of real energy saving and consumption reduction. The power consumption of flow regulation with a slide valve is over 35% lower than that with a bypass valve under semi-load operating conditions.
11.Multiple units are skid-mounted on the same public foundation for convenience of installation and movement.
12.The safety valve, venting pipe and blow-off pipe are connected to the same point for unified discharge, so pipeline connection is simple and convenient during use.
