High Gold Recovery Rate: Designed for efficient recovery of placer gold alluvial gold and tailings resources this gold washing plant achieves a recovery rate of up to 90 Percent or higher. Equipped with a reverse spiral trommel scrubber combined with a vibrating sluice box or centrifugal concentrator it effectively removes clay screens materials accurately and improves fine gold recovery by more than 30 Percent. Processing capacities range from 20 TPH to 200 TPH making it suitable for both small scale miners and large mining operations.

Factory Direct Customization: As a direct manufacturer we provide customized solutions according to ore characteristics and project requirements. Options include capacities of 50 TPH 100 TPH and 200 TPH various trommel screen apertures diesel or electric power systems and optional accessories such as water pumps vibrating screens centrifugal concentrators and gold sluice systems. Anti corrosion coatings and cold weather configurations are available for harsh climates high humidity environments and Arctic mining conditions.

Energy Saving Operation: The energy efficient design supports both diesel and electric power supply making it highly suitable for remote mining areas with infrastructure. Lower fuel and operating costs help mining companies improve profitability without sacrificing production efficiency.
