Product details

Custom cold room for cold chain warehouse projects: This custom cold room refrigeration system is suitable for logistics cold storage, food distribution centers, supermarket warehouses, meat storage, seafood storage, frozen food storage and multi-product cold chain projects. It is designed according to warehouse size and storage requirement.

Flexible room size and panel configuration: The room size, height, door quantity, panel thickness and equipment layout can be customized. 100mm and 150mm PU panel options are available; final panel thickness must be confirmed according to target temperature, room size, insulation design, loading and ambient condition.

System matching for larger storage volume: Cold chain warehouse projects require careful matching of condensing unit, unit cooler, evaporator air flow, control box and refrigeration capacity. The system can be configured based on stored goods, daily loading, door opening frequency and local ambient temperature.

Suitable for multi-temperature planning: Different rooms can be designed for chilled storage, frozen storage or low temperature storage. Refrigeration unit model, compressor brand, refrigerant, voltage, defrost method and accessories can be matched by project requirement.

Common configuration coverage: Available project options include PU or rock wool panels, cold room door, condensing / refrigeration unit, unit cooler / evaporator, control box and accessories. Final temperature, panel thickness, capacity, refrigerant and voltage are selected after room size, target temperature, stored products, loading, ambient condition and destination are confirmed. Copeland or Bitzer, R404A / R507 / R22 subject to local regulations, custom 220V / 380V / 50Hz / 60Hz, electric or water defrost, OEM/ODM and a 1-year warranty are available according to the confirmed model and project.
