Highlights at a glance

  • Zhongsheng Pump IHF is a single-stage, single-suction fluoroplastic alloy chemical pump. This pump is designed and manufactured in combination with the processing technology of non-metallic pumps. The pump body uses a metal shell lined with polytetrafluoroethylene-propylene (F46), while the pump cover, impeller, and shaft sleeve are made of metal inserts coated with fluoroplastic and integrally sintered and pressed.
  • The shaft seal uses PTFE packing materials, and the inlet and outlet are reinforced with cast steel bodies. Zhongsheng Pump's chemical pumps are designed and optimized using computer technology.
  • It has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, anti-aging, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, easy disassembly and maintenance, and long service life.
  • Widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, metallurgical, smelting, electric power, electroplating, dye, pesticide, papermaking, food, and textile industries.
