Product description

Stainless steel rod is a kind of metal material used to manufacture mechanical parts or products, processed from stainless steel billets. From the appearance point of view, can be divided into black and bright two.material: Austenitic stainless steel: such as 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, etc. 304 stainless steel is 18/8 stainless steel, GB grade 06Cr19Ni10, has good corrosion resistance and toughness, suitable for use in general environment; 316 stainless steel added molybdenum element, has better resistance to chloride corrosion ability, mainly used in the food industry and surgical equipment and other occasions with high corrosion resistance requirements; 321 stainless steel has other properties similar to 304 except that the addition of titanium reduces the risk of corrosion in the weld of the material. Ferritic stainless steel: such as 430, has good formability, but the temperature resistance and corrosion resistance are relatively poor, often used in decorative fields, such as car accessories. Martensitic stainless steel: such as 410, 420, 410 is martensitic high-strength chromium steel, good wear resistance, but poor corrosion resistance; 420 is a "cutting tool grade" martensitic steel, which can be used for surgical knives. Duplex stainless steel: both the advantages of austenite and ferrite, with excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, widely used in petroleum, chemical, shipbuilding and other fields. Precipitation hardening stainless steel: such as 630, usually called 17-4, is the most commonly used precipitation hardening stainless steel model, with high strength and hardness
