  • Curved track sealing design: when the door closes, the door leaf moves inward and downward to press tightly against the frame and floor, helping improve airtight performance and reduce energy consumption.
  • Low-temperature resistant EPDM sealing rubber keeps flexible contact sealing in cold environments. It helps block moisture, dust and warm air, making the door reliable for long-term cold room operation.
  • Optional low-voltage electric heater can be installed around the door frame or door leaf to help prevent freezing, especially for freezer rooms, blast freezers and high-humidity applications.
  • Durable hardware system includes guide wheels, upper track, handle, lock, support frame and sealing accessories. Stainless steel, galvanized steel and color steel surface options are available.
  • Electric and manual operation are both available. The door can be equipped with motorized sliding system, control box, manual release and internal unloading device for daily use and emergency operation.
  • Built-in emergency escape ring allows staff to open the door from inside if they are accidentally locked in the cold room, improving safety for warehouse operators.
  • Custom-made solution: opening size, panel thickness, surface material, frame structure, track length, heater, lock and accessories can be selected according to your project drawing.

If you have a drawing or installation photo, our engineer can recommend the suitable cold storage sliding door configuration faster.

    Common options are 75 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm and 200 mm PU sandwich panels. Chiller rooms usually use thinner panels, while freezer rooms or lower-temperature rooms need thicker panels for better insulation. The final choice depends on target temperature, opening size and usage frequency.

    Yes. The curved track guides the door leaf inward and downward when closing, so the panel presses tightly against the door frame and floor. Together with low-temperature resistant EPDM sealing rubber, it helps improve airtight performance and reduce energy loss.
