Ceramic lining offers much higher wear resistance than rubber or polyurethane, especially when handling high-abrasion slurry and fine particles. It significantly extends service life and reduces maintenance frequency in mining applications.

Under normal working conditions, the service life is 5 times longer than traditional metal or rubber-lined hydrocyclones, depending on slurry concentration and abrasiveness.

Our cyclones can be equipped with a variety of wear-resistant liners to suit different applications and slurry conditions. Available materials include rubber, polyurethane, high-chrome steel, and other specialized wear-resistant alloys, providing excellent abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life. Customers can choose the material based on slurry abrasiveness, particle size, and operating pressure to achieve optimal performance and extended equipment life.
