Product details

The hot-air ceramic filter tube is manufactured from alumina and silica materials, featuring fibre lengths of 2-3 micrometres, a tube density below 370 kg/m³, and a porosity exceeding 82%. with filtration efficiency exceeding 99%. The surface withstands pressures up to 700 Pa, operates reliably at temperatures below 800°C, and emits dust levels under 2 mg/Nm³. Offering a service life of up to five years, dimensions are customisable.

Functioning on principles similar to dust collection bags yet significantly outperforming them in all aspects, it is ideally suited for high-temperature gas filtration in industrial kilns. Furthermore, by incorporating nano-scale SCR catalysts onto the tube walls, this system simultaneously removes harmful substances including NOx, dioxins, SOx (auxiliary), and certain VOCs during dust collection. It finds extensive application in pollution gas treatment for glass furnaces, waste incineration, biomass processing, cement kilns, and related sectors.
