  • This DTHBGL 04 12 ceramic disc vacuum filter is high efficiency solid liquid separation and slurry dewatering equipment widely applied in stone processing plants mining sites and mineral processing workshops. It is mainly used for dehydration treatment of stone slurry mineral mud and industrial wastewater containing fine particles, separating solid mud from clear water efficiently to realize mud drying and water recycling, greatly solving the problems of muddy wastewater discharge mud accumulation and water resource waste in stone and mining production.
  • The core filtering component adopts porous ceramic disc material with stable micropore structure. The ceramic plate features uniform tiny pores which allow water molecules to pass through smoothly under vacuum action while intercepting fine solid mud particles outside the disc surface. Compared with traditional filter equipment, the ceramic filtering surface owns outstanding advantages of high filtration precision strong permeability and stable filtering effect, not easy to be blocked by fine silt after long time operation. The whole machine adopts modular integrated layout with solid steel frame structure, stable overall operation and compact spatial layout, which effectively saves workshop occupied area and facilitates on site installation debugging and pipeline arrangement.
  • The equipment is composed of ceramic filter discs main transmission system vacuum system automatic cleaning device slurry tank and electric control cabinet, all parts are reasonably matched to form a continuous automatic filtering and dewatering circulation system. The working principle relies on vacuum negative pressure difference to complete solid liquid separation. The slurry liquid is stored in the bottom slurry tank, and the rotating ceramic disc is partially immersed in the slurry. Under vacuum suction, water penetrates the ceramic disc and is extracted out
