Nylon Twist sucker rod guide/ API 11B sucker rod centralizer

Sucker rod centralizer/guide is used in pumping well. It is a tool which can set upright the sucker rod, and protect the sucker rod wiping with tubing pipe, we can product roller type centralizer, rod shaped centralizer and twist centralizer.

Roller type centralizer: when the sucker rod works the wheel rolls on tubing inside. It can avoid the sucker rod to rub with the tubing pipe.

• Spindle - 4140 (tool steel). • Sleeve - Kevlar-Nylon co-polymer, to resist sand imbedment. Impervious to aromatics and H2S. The temperature rating is 120°C (250°F) • Rod Couplings - Supplied by PCM or customer supplied.
