Product details

Cast steel integrated type. The fully welded valve body is highly recommended. It offers strong and reliable sealing, better meeting the long-term pipeline transportation requirements.

Ultra-low pressure drop, achieving excellent valve automation opening and closing performance. Especially for large-diameter valves, the opening and closing stroke is short, enabling rapid closure. This prevents the backflow of the medium, protecting the upstream pipeline equipment from damage.

Smooth and aesthetically pleasing valve cavity structure design, reducing resistance, reducing water hammer impact force, and minimizing vibration and noise.

The conical valve seat sealing surface is conducive to cleaning and easy removal of dirt on the sealing surface.

The most unique soft and hard dual sealing technology meets the best sealing performance of the valve seat. The sealing surface of high-pressure valves can adopt pure metal hard sealing.

The valve core shaft is precisely positioned, with a cleaning structure design, enabling flexible opening and closing.

The split valve seat structure design is recommended, which can better meet the requirements of high-precision processing technology, such as spray welding - heat treatment - machining, ensuring better sealing performance.

The valve core uses high-life spring materials, providing a stable small thrust to the valve core, ensuring low-pressure opening and low-pressure sealing.

The valve shaft and guide sleeve are made of high-quality stainless steel materials, using special process technology to ensure that the valve can be opened and closed without being corroded, eroded by the medium, and has good wear resistance over a long period of operation.

The maintenance-free structure means that during the trial run and operation stages, there is no need to perform debugging, grease injection, maintenance, or other upkeep and maintenance on the valve.
