Product details

Side Gusset Bag Stability: Designed for dog food, pet food granules, kibble, animal feed snacks and similar products, the doypack packing machine can be adjusted for side gusset bags, stand up pouches and laminated premade bags after pouch testing. Strong bag clamping and stable pouch opening help support larger filling volume and better bag shape.

Accurate Kibble Weighing: Pet food particles are usually heavier, oily and uneven in size. The system can be matched with a multihead weigher, linear weigher or bucket feeding system according to target weight and product flowability, helping reduce giveaway and keep each pouch weight more consistent.

Eight Station Rotary Control: Bag feeding, date coding, pouch opening, filling, settling, sealing and finished bag output are separated into independent stations. This structure gives bulky dog food enough filling and settling time, improving production stability and reducing product spillover during continuous packing.

Cleaner Sealing for Oily Granules: Dog food may contain oil, powder residue or small broken particles that can affect seal strength. Optional vibration settling, bag mouth spreading, air blowing and cleaning device help keep materials below the sealing line, reducing weak seals, leakage risk and rejected bags.

Pet Food Packaging Solution: Suitable for pet food factories, dog food brands, feed snack suppliers and private label pet product projects. Optional zipper opening, nitrogen flushing, output conveyor, checkweigher and metal detector can be added, with support for pouch matching, sample packing video, layout design, shipment inspection, spare parts and flexible delivery service.

Yes. For fragile products such as potato chips, biscuits, popcorn and puffed snacks, the machine can be matched with a gentle feeding and weighing system. The discharge height, vibration strength and filling timing can be adjusted to reduce product breakage and maintain better finished pouch appearance.

The machine uses controlled heat sealing, stable bag positioning and adjustable sealing pressure. For products that may contaminate the bag mouth, optional vibration settling, air blowing or bag mouth cleaning can be added to help improve seal strength and reduce rejected pouches.
