Whole Almond Protection: Designed for almonds, mixed nuts, cashews, pistachios and other premium nut products, the system can be matched with gentle feeding, elevator and multihead weigher to reduce impact during transfer. Lower drop height and controlled discharge help protect whole almond shape and improve finished pouch appearance.

Accurate Nut Weighing: Almonds vary in size, density and surface oil level, so stable combination weighing is important for retail packing. The machine can work with a multihead weigher or linear weigher to improve portion accuracy, reduce product giveaway and keep each doypack pouch weight more consistent.

Eight Station Doypack Operation: The rotary premade pouch packing machine separates bag feeding, coding, opening, filling, settling, sealing and output into independent stations. This structure gives nuts enough settling time, helping reduce material spillover, failed pouch opening and unstable sealing during continuous production.

Freshness and Premium Display: Optional nitrogen flushing, zipper opening device and strong heat sealing can help protect almond freshness, reduce oxidation and maintain crisp texture. Stand up pouches and zipper bags also provide better shelf display for snack brands, supermarket products and private label nut packaging.

Customized Almond Packing Solution: Suitable for almond processors, nut factories, snack food brands, roasted nut suppliers and doypack packaging projects. The machine can support stand up pouches, zipper pouches, flat pouches and laminated premade bags, with pouch testing, sample packing video, layout design, shipment inspection, spare parts support and flexible delivery service.
