We supply both Seamless (SMLS) and Welded (ERW, LSAW, SSAW) carbon steel pipes. Our products comply with major international standards, including ASTM A53, ASTM A106, API 5L (US), EN 10216, EN 10219 (Europe), JIS G3445/G3452 (), and GB/T 8162/8163/3091 (). Grades include Gr.B, X42-X70, S235JR, S355JR, etc. Mill Test Certificates (MTC) are provided with every shipment.

Seamless Pipes (SMLS): Manufactured without a welded seam, making them ideal for high-pressure fluid transmission, oil & gas pipelines, and severe mechanical environments. Welded Pipes (ERW/LSAW): Cost-effective solutions formed and welded from steel strips or plates, perfectly suited for low-to-medium pressure fluid transport, structural framing, piling, and HVAC systems.

Outer Diameter (OD): From 1/2 inch up to 48 inches (21.3mm to 1219mm). Wall Thickness: Ranging from Schedule 10, Schedule 40, Schedule 80, up to XXS, or custom heavy wall thicknesses.

We offer multiple surface treatment options tailored to your project environment: Bare / Black Painted / Anti-rust Varnished: For indoor use or projects requiring subsequent painting. Hot-Dip Galvanized (HDG): For superior long-term rust prevention in outdoor or corrosive environments. Special Coatings: 3PE/3PP coatings, FBE, or internal epoxy linings specifically for buried oil, gas, or water pipelines.

Our standard MOQ for custom production or specific sizes is 5 metric tons per size. However, for popular standard sizes and standard schedule grades, we maintain extensive ready-to-ship inventory and can support smaller trial orders or mixed-size container loads.

End Finishes: Plain ends, beveled ends (for welding), or threaded ends with plastic protective caps. Packaging: Wrapped in waterproof woven plastic bags, bundled with heavy-duty steel strips, or protected with wooden frames for large-diameter pipes to prevent dents or thread damage during ocean transit.

For Standard Stock Items: Orders can be dispatched within 7 to 12 days. For Custom Production / Special Coatings: Lead times generally range from 15 to 25 days, depending on the order volume and technical requirements.
