    Yes. All our water lubricated oil-free screw compressors pass TUV CLASS 0 certification, output air oil content 0ppm, fully meet strict clean air requirements for food, pharmaceutical, electronic and medical industries.

    No oil needed for compression chamber. We use purified water as lubricant & coolant instead of oil. Only motor bearings need regular grease filling separately, no waste oil discharge, eco-friendly.

    Power: 5.5kW ~ 315kW (7.5HP ~ 420HP); Working pressure: 7bar / 8bar / 10bar / 13bar optional; Air flow: 0.8~49.2m³/min. Custom high pressure 16bar/40bar models available for PET bottle blowing.

    Water lubricated machine outputs saturated compressed air with pressure dew point +10~+25℃. For general pneumatic drive, filter is enough; For pharmaceutical, PCB, laser cutting, food packaging, match refrigerated or adsorption dryer to get low dew point dry air.

    With standard water quality & regular maintenance, main air end service life over 10 years. Warranty policy: Whole machine 1 year, screw air end 2 years (exclude consumable spare parts).

    1. Air filter & water filter core: replace every 1000-2000hrs; 2. Motor bearing grease refill: 2000-3000hrs; 3. Main host overhaul: 10000hrs or 2 years (whichever comes first).
