Highlights at a glance

  • Shells where the peanuts grow: The gasoline engine version runs without electricity, so shelling continues in the field and in villages with an unstable grid. No generator, no extension cables, no waiting for power. The machine goes where the harvest is.
  • Seed quality stays identical off-grid: The gasoline version uses the same double roller shelling, so the germ protection and low kernel damage do not change with the power source. Seed peanuts come out whole whether powered by electricity or fuel.
  • Two capacities, one standard: 300kg/h on the 3kW model and 600kg/h on the 4kW model, with the gasoline version available on both. Family farms and bigger plantings each pick the speed they need, with the same gentle roller quality.
  • Simple spares across all versions: Electric and gasoline models share the same rollers and shelling parts, so keeping a parts stock is cheap and easy. When a season runs long, standard spare rollers are available from us quickly.
  • Freight planned in advance: 1 CBM for the 300kg/h model, 1.8 CBM for the 600kg/h model, one pallet per machine. Loading details are shared before shipping so the container plan is clear, and the machine fits a farm shed between seasons.

    Single phase 220V with a copper wound motor, 3kW or 4kW. A gasoline engine version is also available for areas without stable power.

    Yes. The double roller design shells gently with low kernel damage, keeping the peanut germ intact for better germination.
