    Frequently asked questions

    It is mainly used for non-metal materials, such as acrylic, wood, leather, fabric, rubber, paper, PVC, etc. It is not suitable for cutting pure metal.

    You can choose power according to material thickness. Common powers are 80W, 100W, 130W, 150W. Higher power means thicker cutting capacity and faster working speed.

    The whole machine has CE, FDA, RoHS and other safety certifications, which meet European and American export standards and make customs clearance easier.

    We provide English operation manual, tutorial video and remote online guidance. The machine is easy to learn, and you can operate independently in 1-3 days.

    The normal service life is 20000 hours. A chiller is required for constant temperature cooling. Clean the lenses regularly to extend service life.

    It supports RDWorks, LightBurn and other common software, and is compatible with AI, PLT, DXF, BMP, JPG and other formats.

    The machine is packed in a shockproof wooden case and well tested before delivery. We support sea and air transportation, and can arrange export logistics and customs declaration.
