  • Lifting cap, also called lifting bail, is one special tool for lifting of drilling tools in petroleum, natural gas, drilling engineering and geographical exploration. Our lifting cap manufactured has excellent lifting capabilities to ensure safe handling of tubular products, drill collars, drill pipes, downhole toolings, etc.
  • The lifting cap is manufactured, precisely machined and strictly inspected as per American Petroleum Institute standard. Lifting Cap used alloy structural steel, threaded surface phosphate, protective ois and wear a helmet. After careful processing of the whole structure, and by a special heat treatment process to achieve the desired hardness,strengh and impact.
  • Thread protectors are used to protect thread of tubing and casing pipe. The usual material of thread protectors are polyethylene and carbon steel. The structure always have pure plastic; plastic and steel; steel frame, plastic inside and outside; steel outside, plastic inside.
